First of all, thanks to everybody who was there, I think it's important if you have a first match to actually have it happen. You can't make a journey without the first step.
So, what have we learned?
- Mars needs to do his chores. - Maggot needs to pay attention. - Annabeaverhauzen shouldn't make promises he can't keep.
I think our behaviour as a clan was quite good compared to Evo (not that hard). Shows the importance of not just focusing on skill, but also on personality.
Working in groups does seem to pay off in TDM, so we should keep that up.
Anything else?

Humiliating defeat... anyways, we did come close once, but our scores didn't add up to 55 We need to practice more on "not dying." You just got to crank up the volume on your game and you should be able to hear whats going all around you. We forgot to use our mic's too EDIT: They kicked eachother, and of course had problems with the switching.

They knew gun combos very well. They switched guns all the time depending on the angle and distance. Never cared about switching guns much but I can see how it might help to have the right gun for the right job.

Yeah, completely forgot about my mic. We need some practice on how we should use that. I think I should also play some more DM - get to know the maps better.

Thx to ONS and JB I don't play DM very much. I might have better luck with a manta then with a gun now.

Sorry about not being at the match everyone,,,,I truly wanted to be in on that. I just didn't notice a date for the match and kept checking the forum for the confirmed date. So I truly,,,truly apologize for that. I spoke to SonicGoo about dates etc. and as far as I can tell I understand what he said in regards to no date meaning...that upcoming day, and if it's 2wks etc then a date will be specified. This is my first ever clan, so I am not all that hip to protocols etc. so be patient and it shouldn't take me too long to catch on. I do need to keep in mind to ask more questions too Again, I apologize for missing the match but if you would like to reshcedule a re-match or something that would be great!

So did we have even teams? Did we pair up? Was our trouble friendly fire? Do we need to work on not using the rocket launcher as much? ( ) Shall we hold a practise on Saterday in a closed, Spaz-hosted server?

Well, for a next match I would suggest an ONS match - so we might have a bit bigger chance of winning. Spaz: I've got the idea of different weapons for different jobs down quite well in ONS - gonna try to get that in DM now too. Of course, yesterday I was dead before I even got to one. Anna: that's why I said it's important to actually have a first match. To identify such problems and remedy them. It's like a test run. The result itself is not that important - identifying possible problems is. And, Mars, friendly fire was off. We started by not pairing up, but looking at the other team we quickly adapted and as soon as we saw a teammate started following them. Well, at least I did It's a bit hard going up elevators, though - you quickly lose sight of people. (Note to self: elevator good means of escape). I'll add practice to the calendar - Spaz, if you can't get your server up at those times, please let us know.

If you want some good practice, I would suggest playing Standard Invasion(no Instagib no Quadjump no regen) and Instagib CTF. Invasion is good practice for keeping yourself alive and you need to learn to switch guns so your not killing little bugs with rocket launcher and wasting ammo. It helps you with dodging, shooting, and staying alive. It can teach you to use all of the weapons because sometimes you start running out of ammo and you have to use all the guns, so it's best to know how to use them the right way. I think I am going to be playing a lot of Invasion for a while, so check on me on Xfire and I might be on invasion. Also, teamwork can come in handy in Invasion so it's a good place to work on that. You kill thinks pretty quick with a link gun when you have 2 or more people linked to you. ;) Instagib CTF helps with dodging, running, and accuracy. I will probably be playing a little of that for a while but not as much as Invasion. #nosmileys

I'm not sure that I have seen a calendar. What would those dates/days be for a practice or match? Saturdays would work. Just let me know a time. I'm PST time. ;D Headsets are definately beneficial for ONS since your focusing on multiple targets instead of a single objective like AS, and I do have one ;D I do have to work on my dodging and blowing myself up with the rocket launcher
