Woops! Spoke too soon! Now that I can check availability for broadband with my new phone number... none are available! Feckin' third world country!  (hoping it's because it's a brand new line and not in the system yet...) |

erg... damned crap-assed phone companies that don't know their way around broadband. Atleast yours decided not to venture into it.  Have you tried cable companies rather than phone companies? |

Well, looking at the tv signal we're getting I don't think I'll bother with that. Anyway, the way things are now: since I'm not very happy at my current job, I've started looking for a new one. SInce I'll probably have to move for that (I really prefer living at walking distance from work - I hate communiting) - I'll just try to move to some place that has broadband. Well, that's the plan at least.  |
