The only reason it's not 100% accurate is becuase it will only record the games you play under a few surcumstances. Such as only once you've played a full game, if the game is empty, etc.

Yes, even from the first day that stats were up for UT2K4 they were inaccurate. I suppose some tracking is better than none. I only wonder why they didn't have the stats servers configured and ready to go before the release of the game. One bad part is that any game stats that are not currently listed from prior games played are gone forever. When UT2K4 was released I got hooked on ONS and played so much I had to have bionic implants put in my fingers so they could work again and most of ONS stats for me are there, but then I got hooked on AS and approximately a third of my actual stats are listed. I haven't noticed any significant stat server progress updates from Dr.Sin on the Atari forums so hopefully they will be fully operational soon. ;D

Stats tracking isn't entirely correct, however since I play on stat tracking servers for me it is more or less what I am. Although the invasion isn't done correctly for some strange reason, I have negative frags, but then again epic really never did a good job fixing things.
Yes mars is correct there are many number of conditions why stats arent tracked, shooter look for stat-enabled servers and make sure they are well populated, and arent unstable in the sense that it might not send the stats correctly.
@anna: EPIC isn't working on the stats, they are more concerned with there Unreal Tournament 2004 Editors Choice Edition.
I've never really got much interest in assault though, its just like ONS except more straight forward and with a time limit.
The reason the epic stat tracking is probably having problems is because they dont want to upgrade their stat-tracking script (which was originally made VIA Open Source, http://www.sourceforge.net), and probably because of the numerous amounts of stat data comming from servers like CAIN, 32|Sawteam, etc, etc. Its the server that creates the data tables and charts, its probably got a real huge pile-up right now.
