I have submitted a post to VSK to ask about the possible reasons for our servers high ping. I included a copy of the results from a tracert to our server IP. The admins response included a copy of a tracert that he ran and of course it shows fabulous numbers. Below I am listing all three tracerts that I ran on our servers IP. However, the last tracert I ran was not to our server but to the IP hop just before our servers IP. I'm sort of irritated by the results, Seeing as how I was informed that the cybercon network was the leading network in the entire world. Yes,,,entire world!! did you get that?,, ENTIRE WORLD! Notice the spikes at hop 13.

Honestly, after this month of rental is over we are done with VSK, I don't care if I have to pay for jolt myself. Anyone have any ideas as to why they would show such great numbers at that hop but we get lag, high ping and crappier numbers? Of course it has to be something I'm doing, according to 2 other people that replied to my post. UM, ok Sure, I control cybercon. Duh, the numbers show it's them and not me.
