Gravity Vortex Thingy

I downloaded that gravity vortex thingy and I am about to unzip and set it up on the server. It will be a voteable mutator because I don't want it running all the time unless of course it uses a minimum of bandwith and server resources...if that's the case then it can stay on all the time. It has been the same with excessive, I don't run it all the time mainly cause not everyone likes it but also because of excessive bandwidth usage etc.
