I decided to post this because I have been respected by other CS 1.6 and Source players. Reason being is taking on most of a team with just a pump-action shotgun ;D. So have any of you ever been respected by other players for doing something great?!

When I played CS classic, occasionally some people would say "wow" when I head shoot them with a pump gun. (I loved that gun. I would always take that over an AK.) But really, that very rarely happens. Maybe I need to play more often?

Just because your great doesn't mean you will neccessarily get respect. When someone can do something completely out of the scope someone else can than it turns into fustration which ultimately leads to conflict. It greatly depends on the learning curve. If its a steep one it creates more conflict because the difference from one step to another can seem impossible. Then of course you have your elist group who thinks it cannot be beaten. It just really makes gaming that interesting, because the matter of the fact is someone is going to view the possible as impossible.
